I've spent 35 years building software, and I've watched the same thing happen on almost every team I've been part of — including my own: we rebuild the same backend. Sessions. Tenants. File uploads. Payments. Retries. We hit the same walls, relearn the same lessons, and ship the same bugs the industry already fixed years ago. Then the next project starts, and we do it again.
It isn't that the problems are hard to solve. It's that solving them once was never enough — nobody was keeping the solution around for the next team, the next project, the next 3am incident.
So I took everything I've learned, added the industry's best practices, and folded in the lessons of a lot of really smart people who built alongside me over the years. I encoded it into blocks — battle-tested microservices that carry those decisions, those mistakes already made and fixed, and those lessons from real products running in production.
