Short version: AI Maestro does not collect your data. We have no servers for it, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising.
What the app does with data
- Hosts you add. The addresses of your AI Maestro servers are stored on your phone only. They are never sent to us.
- Your agents' content. Messages, terminal output, agent names and project information travel directly between your phone and the AI Maestro servers you chose, over your own network or Tailscale. They do not pass through any server of ours. What those servers do with the content (for example sending it to an AI provider you configured) is governed by that server and that provider, not by this app.
- Microphone and speech recognition. Used only when you start a voice call with an agent, to turn your speech into text using Apple's speech recognition. The text is sent to your agent. We do not record or keep audio. Apple may process the audio to recognize speech.
- Optional keys you add. If you add an ElevenLabs key, it is stored in your iPhone's Keychain and used only to ask ElevenLabs to speak what your agent says; that text goes to your ElevenLabs account under their terms, never through us. If you add a memory classifier (Jev) key, the app sends it to the AI Maestro host you choose, which stores it and uses it for memory features. We never receive either key.
- Purchases. The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app checks your purchase with Apple on your device.
- Local network. iOS asks permission to find and connect to computers on your local network. This is used only to reach the servers you add.
Stored on your phone
The app keeps your host list and settings on your phone. In the iOS Keychain it keeps your ElevenLabs key and chosen voice (if you add a key), the date your trial started, whether you bought the unlock, and the last time you opened the app. These stay on your phone. We never receive them. Keychain items can stay on your phone after you delete the app, so a reinstall does not restart your trial.
Your control, deletion and consent
We hold no data about you, so we have nothing to delete or send back. To remove your ElevenLabs key, use Settings > Keys > Remove key before you delete the app. If you delete the app first, the key can remain on your phone only, and the app clears it the next time you install the app. To remove a memory classifier (Jev) key, use Remove key on the same screen. On an older AI Maestro host that screen has no Remove key, so delete the key file on the host. You can withdraw microphone, speech recognition and local network access at any time in iOS Settings.
Other companies
Apple (purchases and speech recognition), ElevenLabs (only if you add a key), the memory classifier provider (only if you add a key on your host) and the AI provider your host uses each handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. The app sends data to Apple and ElevenLabs only as you direct, as described above. Your host, not the app, sends data to the memory classifier provider and the AI provider. We have no agreement with any of them about your data.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics, crash-reporting services, advertising identifiers or tracking of any kind, and we do not sell or share data. (If this ever changes, this policy and the App Store privacy label will change first.)
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.
